Crewed hire systems come in two forms; they can be supplied with a systems engineer to set-up and oversee the use of the system during the event; or with a full crew to set-up and operate the equipment. With the former option the client will be expected to provide adequate, trained personnel to help with load-in and load-out, and operate the equipment. With the latter option, all required personnel will be provided to ensure your event runs smoothly, professionally and to schedule.

The crew available include systems engineers, front-of-house and monitor engineers, load-in/load-out crew, lighting designers and engineers, and video engineers. All crew are regularly gigging professional crew, many of them with extensive touring and festival experience. It is recommended you choose a fully crewed system, allowing you to concentrate on other parts of your event.

With a fully crewed system you can expect the cream of the equipment available, including touring class amplification, industry standard mixing desks and studio quality outboard and effects.

Prices shown below do not include transportation. Your site will need access to within 10m of the stage position for a 3.5ton high-roof van.

Although only sound equipment is detailed here, through links with Evolution Sound and Light we are able to provide complete event technical services, and can easily spec sound, lighting and mains distribution for most events. By doing this, it is often possible to offer the client considerable discount due to shared labour and shipping costs etc.

How to use the information below:

1. Select a sound system appropriate for your event, based on event type (live bands/DJs/speech), capacity/expected attendance
2. Select a 'control package' - for DJ events, choose some DJ kit; for live events, choose a live band package appropriate for the bands playing
3. If necessary, add an additional monitoring package (for live events only)

By adding these together, you can get an indication of how much your production will cost. Please email for exact quotations; delivery is charged dependant on distance, and we often give discounts if you are booking several stages worth of equipment or multiple events.
