Lease Hire Information
Information supplied as a guide only and does not constitute a quotation of work to be undertaken.
Lease charges are calculated as an approximate 5%-10% of new equipment value. Leased equipment is not guaranteed to be brand new.
Leases are available as a minimum three-month contract, and on a monthly basic there after. When a six-month contract is agreed and paid in advance, one-month’s lease cost is offered as discount (pay for 5 months). Leases include monthly equipment servicing, plus call out service if required.
A regular equipment upgrade programme is in operation. Equipment listed below is the basic specification that will be provided, with regular upgrades in quality throughout the life of the contract.
Microphones/DI boxes are not generally available on lease due to the high propensity for loss/damage/theft. However, lease can be arranged on certain conditions, or purchase of used microphones is welcome.
For basic PAs operation can be by the leaseholder or persons in their employment. For full PAs a sound engineer must be responsible for the operation and day-to-day maintenance of the equipment, and reporting faults to the provider. Contact details for a number of engineers in the venue’s region can be supplied and introductions made. Sound engineers currently expect a wage of £50-70 per event (further information is available).

This system offers a four-way monitor mix, and allows for full band reinforcement. System would be of a semi-permanent install type, with some cabling etc being installed for the duration of the contract. This is a full band PA system and must be used by an experienced sound engineer. Approximate equipment value £5000.
