Robert Nisbet
Graduate of Solent University's Audio Technology Degree Course, Robert has spent much of his life before, during and after university working in the events and media industry. Experience includes event management of club nights and small festivals, radio and club DJing, and live sound engineering both for venues and touring. Robert's employed life has included work for local radio and TV stations, and media installation companies.

An experienced house and touring FOH engineer, Robert has a wide ranging background which allows him to have in insight into a number of industries, and provides him with the experience and confidence to oversee all manner of projects. His passion for music and sound stems from his successful work as a club DJ and a misspent youth seeing every gig possible in Oxford.

George
Another graduate of Solent University, George has a strong background in events lighting and event management, as well as being a regularly gigging DJ. He has worked at numerous events around the UK, including Live8 @ The Eden Project, Little Park Festival and Solent Students' Union Summer Ball. As well as working as a freelance lighting and audio engineer, George has his own inventory of equipment including moving yokes by Robe, moving mirrors by Martin and generics.

Recently George has been honing his skills at one of the UK's premier media installation companies, whilst simultaneously working as a freelance lighting director and technician.

Franko
Franko joins the team as an all round production technician, with a specialism in audio. Whilst his knowledge of lighting systems including DMX and intellegent lighting is excellent, Franko is most at home behind a mixing desk at FOH, or working as systems technician. Franko is also an accomplished wood wind player, having recorded on a number of jazz tracks, and this musical background gives him an excellent basis for his engineering.

Franko has recently become one of the in-house engineers at the Joiners in Southampton, as well as continuing his freelance work across the south coast.

Addz
Another live sound engineer, Addz works regularly at venues around Southampton, as well as being another Audio Technology graduate from Solent University. As well as his regular gigs, Addz runs his own sound system for live events and plays in his band 'The Beating Vandams'.

Tom
A lighting director of some note, Tom is director of Southampton based Evolution Lighting Ltd, and provides lighting equipment and personnel for all events the team is involved in. Evolution's inventory of generics, moving yokes and effects makes them the ideal partner company for events.
